 Ian Cox, is a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years of experience, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional value through ServiceNow solutions. Ian’s expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem is extensive, encompassing IT service management, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, large-scale implementations, and strategic program delivery. He has a proven track record of leading transformative ServiceNow projects, including Now Assist implementations, developing Go-to-Market strategies for ServiceNow products, and re-engineering the ServiceNow Support System.
